Andromeda Osam-Peters is set to represent Ghana at Miss Universe 2025 as the newly appointed queen

Ghana has a new queen! Andromeda Osam-Peters was officially crowned Miss Universe Ghana last week in a dazzling ceremony that celebrated elegance, intellect, and purpose. The newly crowned beauty queen now prepares to represent Ghana on the global Miss Universe stage, carrying with her a story of compassion, ambition, and service.
Born and raised in Accra, Andromeda Osam-Peters is a model, social advocate, and entrepreneur with a strong background in International Relations. She has built a career rooted in humanitarian work and leadership, consistently using her voice to drive social change.
Beyond the runway, Andromeda has been deeply involved in volunteerism — mentoring young girls, leading women empowerment initiatives, and supporting health awareness campaigns across Ghana.

One of her most impactful projects focuses on mental health awareness, an area she believes is often overlooked in African communities. She has partnered with local organizations to host workshops, promote open conversations about emotional well-being, and provide access to counseling for young people struggling with depression and anxiety.
As Miss Universe Ghana, Andromeda aims to expand these efforts nationally, using her platform to champion education, women’s empowerment, and mental health advocacy.
“I believe true beauty is in service,” she said after her crowning. “My mission is to be a voice for the voiceless, to empower young women, and to remind everyone that mental health is just as important as physical health.”
With grace, intelligence, and heart, Andromeda Osam-Peters begins her reign as a beacon of hope and change for Ghana and beyond.
